Capital Area Health Advisory Council
The Capital Area Health Advisory Council (CAHAC) is a 20-member Advisory Council desginated by the CVHPA bylaws and Virginia COPN law to advise the Board of Directors regarding projects located in Planning District 15 which covers the counties of Charles City, Chesterfield, Goochland, Henrico, Hanover, New Kent, and Powhatan, as well as the City of Richmond.
