CVHPA SERVICES, DATA & INFORMATION

Due to the need to recover some of the costs of providing its services and maintaining its databases, the CVHPA must charge for many of our services, data and information to further our planning efforts. However, we believe that our prices are quite reasonable given the comprehensiveness and quality of our data and analyses. Localities which provide support for the CVHPA and organizations which help fund specific projects will not be charged for reasonable requests. Also, organizations and/or projects which require information for charitable purposes and have limited financial resources will not be charged or charged only a minimal fee.

COPYING CHARGES

♦ Black & White copies - Per page $.40
♦ Color copies -  Per page $1

A CD with an electronic file of your copy(ies) is available for an additional $20.00.

AUDIO COPYING CHARGES: $20 per CD (CAHAC, Board Meeting, Public Hearing)

SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES We charge actual shipping & handling as incurred by us.

FILE RETRIEVAL FROM OFF-SITE STORAGE: Any number of files $20.00 (copying charges not included)

FACSIMILE CHARGES (outgoing only)
